1969 BSA A75R Rocket 3 SPOTLIGHT
After making its name and fame in the post-War period with a series of powerful, well-handling singles and twins, BSA, like the British motorcycle industry in general, was struggling by the late 1960s. With Japanese motorcycles proving increasingly popular, a new large-capacity roadbike was needed to bring the masses back to the British brands. BSA's response came in the form of the 'Rocket 3', which debuted in late 1968 as a 1969 model.
