The FLSTS Heritage Springer was introduced in 1997 as a replacement for the FLSTN Heritage Softail. Unlike the FXSTS Softail Springer, the FLSTS Heritage Springer came with a 16 inch front wheel rather than the 21 inch. It also came with saddlebags with fringe, whitewalls and passing lamps as an effort to give it the look of a '48 FL Panhead.
