Not currently registered - first registered by Bill in 2006.
Last registered in 2015 and was in roadworthy condition.
As far as we know should go through a roadworthy now.
Installed a fuel injected bigger capacity motor – approx. 2010 – speedo mileage is since that install.
The more powerful motor dramatically improved performance.
Dave Kellet Motorcycles did the fit up of the sidecar to the bike in 2007.
John Finglass of Matchless Engineering did the modification required to the head stock.
Ross Brown (racing motorcycle mechanic) did the final modification to the suspension.
At that stage, the bike and sidecar was handling really well.
To be able to ride the bike and sidecar without a passenger, a reserve fuel tank was installed in the boot of the sidecar, along with a transfer pump between tanks.
This served 2 purposes:-
Safe rider only use of machine.
Nearly doubled the fuel range of the bike.
At a later date a two way sound system was installed.
An extra array of LED lights was fitted on the sidecar to make it more visible at night.
Included with the bike and sidecar is the original motor.
The sidecar also has a neat fitting Tonneau cover.
