Honda presents CB-F Concept
March is usually a big month for the motorcycle industry in Japan, with the Osaka Motorcycle Show followed by the Tokyo Motorcycle Show. However, in the current climate, both shows were cancelled, so new product launches have gone ‘virtual’, including the unveiling of Honda’s ‘CB-F Concept’.
Honda to exit Australian ATV market
Honda is the latest brand to announce their intention to withdraw their ATVs from the Australian market ahead of the introduction of mandatory safety devices for these vehicles.
Yamaha to discontinue utility ATV sales in Australia
Following the announcement by Polaris that they would exit the Australian ATV market this year, Yamaha Motor Australia (YMA) confirmed on 18 March that they will follow suit, but are only withdrawing their utility ATVs and will make that withdrawal a year after Polaris, on the eve of the mandatory requirement for Operator Protection Devices (OPD), which comes into effect on 11 October, 2021.
