2020 Virtual Snowy Ride – best of August
Under COVID-19 conditions, this year’s Honda Snowy Ride has gone virtual, but the organisers are encouraging motorcyclists to still get out and ride - safely.

The virtual ride allows supporters of the Steven Walter Children’s Cancer Foundation (SWCCF) to register and conduct their own ride - anywhere, at any time and on any bike - between 1 July and 7 November 2020. Register, ride and you automatically go into into the draw to win great prizes, courtesy of platinum partner Honda MPE Australia, including a new Honda Grom, valued at $4,475 ride away.
Although optional, riders have been encouraged to share images of their ride with the SWCCF via the photo competition, which runs from July to October.
August’s theme was ‘Your Favourite Checkpoint’ which invited registered Virtual Snowy Ride entrants to submit a photo of their favourite Snowy Ride checkpoint – past or present - for a chance to win a Honda prize pack.
Did your photo win in August? JUST BIKES showcases the impressive entries.

See below for September and October photo themes, as well as more details on how to register for the 2020 Virtual Snowy Ride.

SEPTEMBER Theme: After July’s ‘Favourite Motorcycle Photo’ and August’s ‘Favourite Checkpoint,’ September’s theme is ‘Your Favourite Corner’ of the Honda Snowy Ride.
Haven’t done the Snowy Ride before? That’s OK! Be creative. Submit a photo of you and your bike perched on your favourite corner instead. For example, you at the Honda hairpin at Phillip Island, or the corner of Bourke & Elizabeth for those Melbourne riders in lockdown.
A photo of you and your bike on any corner - anywhere in Australia - is eligible to enter and win. So think outside the box and join the team!
