2006 ducati biposto sportclassic 1000 sport

Seller's Description
I have owned this bike for a while and have tastefully changed it up from standard and gone for more of a cafe racer look while trying to retain the original Ducati Sportclassic look. It is an impressive-looking bike I think, with Ducati Cairns also placing it on show for the opening of their new showroom. I might be biased, but it must be the best looking Sportclassic I have seen, and it definitely gets some looks when it’s out and about. Yes it got ridden and isn't just a garage queen like others I have seen with low kms. The bike has been regularly serviced if not a little over serviced with nothing to spend on it for a long time. The bike is currently set up as a single seater with a Sportclassic Monoposto seat. I have the orginal Biposto seat also in the spares. Just some of the upgrades and modifications: - Forged Marchesini rims from 999R. (lighter and thinner spokes than stock 999 rims) - Upgraded rear calliper from a 999R - Upgraded front and rear brake disc rotors - Ducabike clutch slave cylinder & timing inspection cover - Ducabike frame plugs and engine oil cap - FLEDA LED taillight and licence plate holder - LED front indicators - Café racer style yellow headlight and black powder coated brackets - Rizoma front and rear brake reservoirs - Rizoma clutch reservoir - Rizoma spy mirrors - Rizoma grips & black handlebar tubes - Performance Technology brake & clutch levers - Bonamici Racing rear sets - TWM petrol cap - Bitubo steering damper and JC/Pak Bikes top mount steering brackets - Exhaust hangers for single seat - Cox Racing oil cooler protector - CORSE Dynamics high performance intake kit & oil breather valve - CORSE Dynamics low profile dash mounts - Carbon fibre belt covers and rear hugger - Speedy Moto frame sliders - Speedy Moto front and rear axle sliders - Triple camps also powder coated black - Front forks coated black - Running full Termignoni exhaust, front pipes wrapped - Trickle charger port - Original Ducati leather tank cover and tank bag The bike has had the suspension overhauled by a suspension place in Melbourne (forgot the name) and front forks coated black, it is also running heavier front springs. Tyres are Michelin power 5’s with only a few hundred kms on them, bike also has a new battery (start of the year). Note on Spares: You could take the bike with all the stuff listed above for the asking price. But I do also have lots of optional spares available (including Tank, Seat cowl, Front fender - I was thinking of getting all these repainted another colour like Green to swap out every now and then, original taillight and indicators, original mirrors, Biposto seat, spare battery box, original air box and lots of other little bits). Happy to talk price if someone was interested in taking the lot with the bike. The spares are not included in the price as already mentioned as I got lots of these spares later on, some are hard to get and can be expensive but will be willing to let go at a few grand extra. Bad things about the bike are: - Chrome on the top fork caps have chipped off a little bit in a few spots from age. - The glass on the tacho side of the instrument cluster has a crack in it, I believe this happens a bit on these bikes. I haven’t replaced it as I was told you need to replace the whole instrument cluster. I’m not in a hurry to sell this bike and won’t take low ball offers. I know there are others on the internet selling for less but the bike is in excellent condition and definitely doesn’t look like any other Sportclassics you will see around. I think others will find it hard to make it look as good as this one.
