REPORT - Ducati We Ride As One 2026

With 2026 marking Ducati’s centenary as a motorcycle manufacturer, this year’s edition of the ‘We Ride As One’ event was always going to be a big one. It turned out to the biggest ever, with Ducatisti in Australia and New Zealand joining the party, too.

World Party

Held on Saturday, 9 May, the fifth annual We Ride As One was a truly global event, with Ducati owners from Belgium to Mexico, Croatia to Vietnam, Poland to Taiwan, the UAE to the USA, and Germany to Japan taking part. As you’d expect, riders in Ducati’s homeland of Italy turned out in numbers, but We Ride As One also saw Ducatisti fly in the flag in countries you may not expect, like the Philippines, Lithuania, Morocco, Brazil and Egypt.

In total, over 70 countries were represented, with more than 22,000 individual Ducatisti taking part.  All the rider parades and gatherings were organised by Ducati dealers and Ducati clubs, from London, Berlin and Paris to New York and Las Vegas, passing through São Paulo, Bogotá and Santiago de Chile, all the way to Tokyo, Shanghai, Bangkok and New Delhi, among many others.

All up, We Ride As One 2026 presented a mosaic of places and cultures that, for 24 hours, became a stage that united Ducatisti across five continents in one great red embrace.

ANZ Involvement

Across Australia and New Zealand, 23 Ducati dealerships and five Ducati Official Clubs joined forces for We Ride As One, bringing together more than 900 passionate Ducatisti. Antipodean events took place from Perth to Christchurch, and from Cairns to Launceston and Queenstown, celebrating 100 years of Ducati.

In Melbourne, around 40 Ducatisti braved bleak weather to show their passion for the bikes from Borgo Panigale, while in Sydney, more than double that number came together for a ride that terminated at Sydney Motorsport Park, where special guests included Troy Bayliss, Steve Martin, multiple Australian Superbike Champion, Josh Waters, and Glenn Allerton and Josh Newman of the Superbike Advocates ASBK team.

Management on Wheels

As tradition dictates, Ducati management, employees and international subsidiaries also took part in We Ride As One alongside the Ducatisti. Starting with Ducati CEO Claudio Domenicali and VP Global Sales and After Sales Francesco Milicia, the Borgo Panigale-based company experienced the day side by side with enthusiasts, once again confirming the strong bond that connects the company with its global community of riders.

Sharing the Passion

The energy of We Ride As One 2026 was shared in real time across Ducati's social media channels, through images and videos coming from every corner of the world. This collective story was enriched by special photographic compositions dedicated to Ducati's Centenary. Participants came together to form the number “100” - from bikes, riders and even helmets - in tribute to this special anniversary.
