This Kawasaki is in real clean condition. The bike has only done 7800 miles from new. When we got it the engine was locked up so we pulled the engine and gave it a full rebuild. The cases and the cylinders etc were vapour blasted. The cylinders were bored and new pistons,rings,gudgeons,were fitted.new clutch plates fitted. The crank was rebuilt with new bearings,rods,seals etc. The engine is in great running condition now. While the engine was out ,the lower frame and kick stand and centre stand and swing arm were repainted in 2 pac. The original pipes are in vgc,there is some acid staining on the left hand pipe. The body work was repainted in 2 pac and new decals installed. The inside of the fuel tank is nice and clean. There is a new seat cover fitted.We have the chrome strips for the side of the seat. The wheels were reposked using the original rims. The chrome on the rims is in vgc. We fitted new tyres and tubes and the hubs were vapour blasted. The front brake calliper was rebuilt and new pads installed. There was new shoes fitted in the rear, New chain and sporockets were installed. A new dry cell battery was installed. We do not have the original airbox, The carbs are jetted to suit the pods. The chrome overall on the bike is in vgc.
