This is a flat track (slider) powered by an OSSA Stilleto TT engine, the engine was designed for the junior class in American Flat Track racing producing some 36 HP. I believe that the frame is a copy of an Alstar frame, I am also of the understanding that this bike won an Aust. 250cc Championship in 1973.
