Zero Motorcycles announces new dealer network
Following their announcement late last year that they were returning to the Australian market, Zero Motorcycles recently revealed their initial dealer network. Each dealer will stock the broad Zero Motorcycles range, with a customer-focussed demonstrator program part of the new presence, too.
As reported previously, Zero Motorcycles have been marketed here on two other occasions, most recently in 2017. For this new tilt at the Australian market, Peter Stevens Motorcycles will be handling the distribution and retailing, which will include spare parts, accessories and apparel, as well as the motorcycles themselves. Of the motorcycles, the full range of dual sport (DSR, DSR/X, DS), street (S, SR, SR/S, SR/F) and supermoto (FX, FXE) models will be available locally.
The demo program will offer longer rides and allow potential purchasers more time to explore the features and capabilities of these electric motorcycles. This will include input from dealership staff who have been trained up on all aspects of the Zero Motorcycles range.
The dealer network is made up mostly of Peter Stevens owned or affiliated retailers across five states, with Zero-specific branding for each. For example, the Peter Stevens Yamaha franchise in Geelong will now also be the home for Zero Motorcycles Geelong.
