Macna Unite 2.0 RTX E-heated glove kit - Macna / Link International
A waterproof and electrically heated glove for winter, Macna’s Unite 2.0 features Dual Power technology that allows power supply via a battery in the cuff (or jacket), or from the motorcycle’s battery (7,4V or 12V). Four heat levels are available, displayed on the battery-level indicator.
A Raintex membrane, thermal liner and ‘Water Exhaust’ that drains water are other features, along with wrist buckles at an optimised angle of 30 degrees for freedom of movement. Ergothumb construction uses one panel of fabric for the thumb and index finger, reducing seams and pressure points.
$299.95 RRP/pair, including batteries and charger. Available in S-3XL sizes. Hard wire options available separately.
Heatrub Move Baselayer - Zerofit Australia
Independently tested and proven to be twice as warm as a standard competitor, Zerofit’s Heatrub Move Baselayer is a unisex undergarment for winter riding that also offers temperature regulation and effective moisture wicking properties.
Designed to operate best in a temperature range of -5° Celsius to 12° Celsius, the baselayer’s polypropylene construction and hollow polyester shell work in tandem to regulate body temperature. The hollow shell also removes sweat, while ‘LABO’ fabric ensures it evaporates off the surface of the garment quickly.
$109.95 RRP. Available in XS-XXL sizes and black, titanium or white colours. A Heatrub Ultimate Baselayer for colder conditions is also available.
Ikon progressive rate suspension - Ikon Suspension
Ikon Suspension has worked with Janus Motorcycles in the USA since their earliest days and are now an OEM provider for their upcoming 450 scrambler.
Ikon developed longer travel shocks for the 450 in a non-adjustable design - like the 76 and Basix series – but with progressive rate springs to provide the ride and handling that bikes of yesteryear did not enjoy.
Extensive technical assessment, prototyping, ride testing and refinement by Ikon delivers what is expected on a Janus modern classic.
Ikon Basix and 76 Series shock absorbers are available to suit a range of classic motorcycles, scooters and vintage MX machines. See the website for application list and pricing.
