TRIUMPH ON A ROLL IN AUSTRALIA. MARCH 2006

According to ERG industry data for 2005, Triumph has sold 1,879 road bikes, compared to 1,679 units for the same period last year, an increase of 12%. This places them ahead of other European brands such as BMW (1,502 units), Ducati (847 units) and Aprilia (816 Units).

"Demand for Triumph motorcycles in 2005 has been exceptional across the entire Triumph Range", said Triumph's Paul Grocutt. He added, "Sales of the new Sprint ST and Speed Triple have been tremendous, both models

having received exceptional reviews from the motorcycling press. While we have also enjoyed outstanding growth with our classic and cruiser range with our new pricing structure". Grocutt also added, "with the additions of the Scrambler, Daytona Triple 675 and the Rocket 3 classic we expect there will be even more backsides on Triumph seats in 2006!
