The fully faired GS500F was the second best selling sports tourer in Australia last year, and like the naked GS500, offers sporty performance and race bred styling. Powered by a lightweight and reliable, 487cc parallel-twin engine, both models are eligible for the Learner Approved Motorcycle Scheme (LAMS), governing motorcycle usage by learner riders in NSW, Victoria, SA, A.C.T., Tasmania and the NT. The GS500F and GS500 are both equipped with disc brakes and preload adjustable front and rear suspension, while a 20-litre fuel tank delivers an excellent fuel range.
