Suzuki GSX-R1000 special offer

For a limited time, the current, sixth-generation GSX-R1000 ABS is available for $17,990 rideaway; a saving of around $2,000 on the regular rideaway price.

Additional to the rideaway pricing, the deal also includes the bi-directional quickshifter from the GSX-R1000R, for clutchless up and down shifting.

The MY19 GSX-R1000 ABS features a DOHC 1000cc inline four-cylinder engine producing 148.6kW at 13,200rpm and 117.6Nm at 10,800rpm, with technologies developed in Suzuki’s MotoGP campaign including variable valve timing, finger follower valve train and a cassette-style 6-speed gearbox.

Other tech includes the Suzuki Easy Start System, Low RPM Assist, Motion Track Brake System, Motion Track TCS traction control and three different riding modes, selectable via the Suzuki Drive Mode Selector.

Showa suspension and Brembo front brakes are standard GSX-R1000 ABS features, with a new, lighter frame and swingarm, as well as improved aerodynamics on the current model.

A 16-litre fuel tank, 825mm seat height and 202kg wet weight are part of the GSX-R1000 ABS’s spec list, with the rideaway pricing offer backed by a 2-year, unlimited kilometre warranty.
