Provisional 2014 Superbike calendar released
The 14-round provisional 2014 calendar features a lot of familiar circuits, but there are some new and long-forgotten destinations for next year, including Sepang in Malaysia, Portugal's Algarve circuit and Phakisa Freeway in South Africa.
Australia will once again host the season opener at Phillip Island, while the finale for 2014 will be at an overseas destination that's still to be confirmed, instead of the usual European circuit.
The FIM Superstock 1000cc Cup is a seven-round series, limited to most of the European circuits (Aragon, Assen, Imola, Misano, Algarve, Jerez and Magny-Cours) on the calendar, while World Supersport will feature at all rounds, bar the USA round in July.
