Miller re-signs with Pramac Racing
While the announcement back in June that Toprak Razgatlioglu would join MotoGP with Pramac Racing put Jack Miller’s seat in doubt, it was confirmed In September that the Aussie veteran will be retained by the Italian team for 2026, with Miguel Oliveira to depart.

Announced ahead of the Catalan Grand Prix, Miller’s new one-year contract will keep him at the Prima Pramac Yamaha MotoGP team as they transition from the inline four-cylinder YZR-M1 to a V4-engined Yamaha next year. Miller’s experience with V4 bikes - from Ducati, Honda and KTM - throughout his MotoGP career was considered a crucial factor in why Pramac chose to retain him over Oliveira.

“Jack‘s energy, extensive experience, and proven adaptability across different machines have made him an invaluable member of our team and an instant fit for our project,” said Paolo Pavesio, who replaced the long-serving Lin Jarvis as MD of Yamaha Motor Racing last year.
“In a season defined by rapid evolution and innovation, Jack‘s positivity, proactive mindset and consistently uplifting presence have been a driving force within Yamaha and the Pramac team.
“With a full year of experience on the Yamaha, these qualities will be a tremendous asset as we look ahead to the 2026 season."

The 2026 season will be Miller’s twelfth in MotoGP and fifth with Pramac Racing. Although he joined the squad this year from Red Bull KTM, Miller had spent the 2018-20 seasons with Pramac when they were a Ducati satellite team. At time of writing, Miller’s best result this season has been a fifth place at the Grand Prix of the Americas in March.

"I'm really happy and excited to stay with Yamaha and the Prima Pramac Yamaha MotoGP Team,” Miller said. “This year has been an amazing return to Pramac Racing. I'm looking forward to working hard with Yamaha to develop the bike, closing the gap to the other manufacturers. I believe the best is still to come.
“I want to say a massive thank you to Yamaha, Pramac Racing, and to the two Paolos - Pavesio and Campinoti - for their continuous trust in my contribution to the project."
