JUST BIKES magazine turns 300!
For any publication to still be around after 25 years is an achievement worth celebrating, especially as the past decade has been a tough one for the publishing industry, with a number of titles, not just motorcycling, falling by the wayside.
Since its debut in 1989, JUST BIKES has undergone several changes, not least being cover and logo redesigns, the addition of new features, colour inserts, new advertising options and, most recently, going full colour.
What hasn't changed over those 300 issues is the fact that JUST BIKES remains the motorcycle marketplace of choice for thousands of buyers, sellers and enthusiasts every month.
JUST BIKES 300th - WE WANT YOUR STORY
As part of our celebrations for reaching this milestone, we'd like to get your feedback on the magazine over its history.
- We'd like to know what you think of JUST BIKES, both "back then" at the beginning, as well as now. Have you loved, hated, missed or longed for elements of the magazine over its 300 issue journey? Tell us about it!
- What are your memories of the first issue? Have you still got that collectable magazine somewhere in the shed or pool room? Were you introduced to motorcycling by JUST BIKES or did you find a dealer in your area through the magazine? Did you make some new riding mates after buying and selling through the magazine? Tell us about it!
- Have you purchased a bike through JUST BIKES? Have you purchased a lot of bikes from the pages of JUST BIKES? Maybe your first bike was found in the mag, or perhaps you even bought - or sold - a bike from that very first issue back in 1989. Tell us about it!
