Is 'Burg - is BIG!
Like the Burgman 650, the Executive version is equipped with a 638cc, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected engine featuring vibration reducing dual counter balancer shafts for smooth, powerful performance. The Burgman's Computerised Suzuki Electronically controlled Continuously Variable Transmission (SECVT) offers three modes, two fully automatic modes (Normal and Power) and manual mode. The manual transmission mode features six pre-determined CVT ratios which are easily selected using convenient Up and Down buttons on the handlebar. An expansive, thickly padded seat allows plenty of space for two people to sit comfortably for long stretches, and includes a rider backrest that is easily adjustable without tools.
Boasting masses of storage capacity, Suzuki's Burgman 650 Executive has a huge 56-litre under seat storage compartment enough for normal size two full-face helmets and three front compartments for small items. The Burgman 650 Executive is now equipped with a Suzuki Advanced Immobiliser System (SAIS), a transponder-type, transistorised, digital, computer controlled immobiliser to increase security. For additional security, the ignition switch is fitted with a magnetic cover that opens only with correctly coded key. Setting the Burgman 650 Executive apart from the pack, Suzuki has introduced a new Antilock Brake System (ABS). For added convenience, the Burgman 650 Executive model also features electronically controlled rear view mirrors and height adjustable windscreen. The Burgman 650 Executive also features powerful, chic styling refinements with striking chrome plating on the muffler cover, muffler end cap and handlebar end caps. The Suzuki Burgman 650 Executive is available in Metallic Grey at a RRP of $12,990 plus on-road costs, with a two-year, unlimited kilometre warranty.
