Whilst the engine is inspired by the legendary CRF250X, Moriwaki have custom built the race-ready twin tube chassis, and included such high tech features as inverted telescopic front forks, Pro-Link rear suspension and hydraulic disc brakes all of which are derived directly from Honda's RS125 grand prix bike.
Powered by a 4-stroke, liquid-cooled, electric start, single cylinder engine, the GP-Mono is designed specifically for the 15-year-old rider who is looking to develop their professional racing skills. The GP Mono will be available for competition in the 125GP class in Australia in 2008.The bike will retail for $14,990 and will be available from selected Dealers including Brisbane Motorcycles, Sydney City Motorcycles (Lane Cove), Redwing (VIC), Honda World (SA), Honda Shop (WA) and Motologic (VIC).
