Get Routed offers 2013 Manx GP tours
Dave from Get Routed has advised us that a number of riders have already put their hands up to do the meeting in August next year, so it's important if you want to go and test yourself on the Isle of Man circuit to make decisions now, because of the traditional shortage of accommodation there.
Get Routed will only ship 20 race bikes directly to the Isle of Man, where the Australian team will be equipped with a marquee for their machines. For under $3,000, you get your bike, spare wheels, tools and your riding gear taken over. Dave reckons it doesn't get cheaper than that.
Get Routed is also running a 2013 tour on rider's own bikes, shipped from Australia to mainland UK, for enthusiasts wanting to check out Old Blighty in next year's northern hemisphere Summer. The tour will include trips to the Triumph factory and Sammy Miller museum, ACE Cafe, and UK National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham, just for starters. Then the tour will be off to the IoM to watch the Aussies, including Cam Donald, tackle the 37.73 mile Mountain Circuit in the Manx GP.
Deposits for seven bikes have already been received and accommodation secured for those racers and their respective entourages (some racers are taking support groups of friends and family numbering ten people). With this much antipodean representation, Dave says the 2013 Manx GP should be an absolute hoot!
So, if this sounds like your kind of party, don't leave it too late. Give Dave at Get Routed International Motorcycle Shipping and Isle of Man TT Tours a call on 03 9351 0612 or email: [email protected] for more info.
