On a recent media ride with Royal Enfield, I had the pleasure of meeting Jacinta Siracusa, aka MotoDoll. For almost two decades, Jacinta’s been around the motorcycling industry and has also built a big following on social media - @moto_doll on Instagram, MotoDollTV on YouTube and Jacinta Motodoll on facebook - with her motorcycling-related content.
The MotoDoll mantra is all about encouraging, empowering and motivating women to do something positive for themselves and live out their dreams. If those dreams involve motorcycles, even better!
Jacinta’s sharing of her enthusiasm for all things motorcycling has inspired plenty of females to get onto two wheels. She's created her own range of moto-inspired MotoDoll apparel, too.
Now, MotoDoll has teamed up with Eldorado Helmets for a unique collaboration.
The Astro Lid is the result of the first collaboration between Eldorado Helmets and MotoDoll.
Stateside Style
The roots for this collaboration go back to 2016, when Jacinta was on the inaugural ‘The Dream Roll’ ride with 100 other women from the USA and other parts of the world.
Jacinta recalls the female riding community in the USA being alive, eclectic and fresh; an approach mirrored in their riding gear - “The collections of helmets in bike shops were so exciting, with sparkles in a variety of colours and designs”.
The helmet she purchased to use over there wasn’t legal for road use back here in Australia because of its DOT certification, so when Eldorado reached out for a MotoDoll brand collaboration in 2018, it was the ideal opportunity for Jacinta to bring the style she had fallen in love with over in the States to an Aussie audience.
Bringing this collaboration to fruition has been four years in the making and fraught with challenges, not least of which was COVID-19, but the first MotoDoll-inspired Eldorado helmet is here and JUST BIKES is the first Australian media outlet to feature it.

MotoDoll x Eldorado
Dubbed the ‘Astro Lid’, the MotoDoll touch on Eldorado’s classic-look open face helmet consists of a rich, silver metalflake finish on the shell, resembling a galaxy of bedazzling stars.
Only 210 units of the Astro Lid will be produced by Eldorado and this design will never be repeated.
ADR approved (certified by the SAI global 5 ticks), the Astro Lid is the lowest profile, Australian-compliant metal fleck helmet on the market.
A 3-stud crown enables a bubble visor or peak (available separately) to be attached, while the D-Ring closure system ensures a reliable fit.
The Astro Lid’s lining is in a custom plaid, turquoise vegan suede that’s comfortable and supportive and also contains a numbered certificate to verify the exclusivity of each MotoDoll limited-edition piece.
