The Chippies, along with their sponsor-bedecked Honda CT110s, appeared at the annual Alexandra Truck, Ute and Rod Show in June, where they caught the attention of JUST BIKES staffers.

The demonstrate their commitment to the fight against cycstic fibrosis, the nine Hot Chippies will undertake a massive 2600km 'Postie Bike Ride' in October, starting from Eildon in Victoria, travelling through three States on a nine day trek that terminates in Townsville - that's a long way to take a Postie bike! Over $2600 was raised at the Alexandra Show, but more support is needed, with a number of sponsorship options still available. So far, the Hot Chippies have raised $35,000. They would like to raise $65,000 to support the Australian Cystic Fibrosis Research Trust in finding a cure. A child once pronounced Cystic Fibrosis as "Sixty Five Roses" so we think the '65' is quite a significant amount to aim for.
