Adelaide H-D wins international Harley dealer award
Harley-Davidson has a rich history of partnering with dealers around the globe. Arthur Davidson, one of the four men who founded Harley-Davidson in 1903, recognised the importance of a good dealer network back then. Now, as Harley-Davidson prepares to enter its 123rd year, that tradition continues, with an Australian dealership rewarded at the first ever ‘International Dealer of the Year’ awards.

Adelaide Harley-Davidson Bike Works was recognised with the ‘CXI Champion’ award for exceptional performance and dedication, beating not only other Harley-Davidson dealers from across the Asia Pacific region, but also dealers in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America.
Adelaide Harley-Davidson Bike Works achieved the highest ranking in the CXI segment’s customer recommendation scores; a key measure of customer loyalty and satisfaction, cementing its reputation as the benchmark for service excellence.
Using both quantitative and qualitative criteria for evaluation, the International Dealer of the Year awards recognise dealers that have set high standards of excellence across the key areas of motorcycle sales, parts, accessories and apparel sales, and customer experience.

Located in Edwardstown (8km south of the Adelaide CBD), Adelaide Bike Works was founded by Blair Freeth in 2010, with the Harley-Davidson franchise added in 2015. With new and used Harley-Davidsons in stock, Adelaide Harley-Davidson Bike Works also has a busy service department and stocks the latest Harley-Davidson Genuine Parts & Accessories, and Genuine Motorclothes. Freeth remains as owner and dealer principal today, overseeing more than a dozen staff at the premises in 1074 South Road, Edwardstown.
“It’s a real honour to be recognised on the international stage for the passion and care our team brings to every customer interaction,” Freeth said. “For more than a decade, we’ve been proud to serve Adelaide’s Harley-Davidson community, and this award is a testament to the loyalty of our riders and the dedication of our entire dealership team. We look forward to celebrating this milestone with our incredible customers.”

This isn’t the first award to go the way of Adelaide Harley-Davidson Bike Works. Back in 2018, the dealership won ‘Battle of the Kings’, which was the Australian and New Zealand leg of Harley-Davidson’s World Custom King competition.
