2014 MX Nationals calendar announced

The 2014 championship series will visit Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia.

The MX1 and MX2 classes will compete at all 10 rounds, the MXD Under 19 class will compete at 8 rounds, while the Vets Championship will be contested over two rounds. Specific class breakdowns for all venues will be announced in the next 3 weeks, along with the support classes.

Series organisers, Williams Event Management (WEM), is currently working with the Motocross Commission and will have announcements on the race schedules and formats in the next few weeks. WEM is also looking at the possibility of running some rounds on the Saturday in an effort to help grow the spectator attendance.

"We are working hard to have all this finalised by the end of October so people will have plenty of time to prepare for the new season," said WEM's Kevin Williams.
