The 2008 Softail features Harley-Davidson's Twin Cam 96B model engine and combined with Harley's 6-speed Cruise Drive transmission, allows this Softail to glide down the highway at a more relaxed engine speed than ever before. What makes this Softail such great value is over $12,000 of extras that range from great looking bolt-on accessories to serious performance parts.
 

The performance of the 1584cc 96B V-Twin has been greatly enhanced by the addition of a Wimmer Spike air filter (which offers better airflow than the stock filter), Supertrapp 2:1 exhaust and the Thundermax Autotune module that optimises AFR and RPM at all throttle positions.

Internally wired Burleigh Bars, billet headlight and Le Pera Bare Bones solo seat plus a host of other extras all make this Softail great value and a real head turner that's sure to attract a crowd. Unlike some late model Harley's that can go over the top with billet bolt- ons and crazy paint schemes, this Softail has the right mix of accessories that improve both looks and performance. The basic black paint complements the chrome. The addition of the slim Le Pera solo seat, custom bars, headlight & mirrors makes for a real sleek package, in our opinion. Considering all the extras you get with it, it's top value too.
