Bike is now finished, ive spent copious amounts of time and money on this project for my daughter however she had lost interest. 2001 YZ80 When i bought this bike it looked like junk and spray painted over black that had all fallen off, rust, worn sprokets, bearings worn, plastics trashed... It was ridden quite hard. Ive had the frame and swing arm powdercoated in purple and custom darkside studio in US decals with gillter in the clear printed and fitted (Never fit right, some spots arent perfect) Ive painted bits and bobs such as rear brake caliper gaurd, strator cover, brake resevoir on lever, foot pegs... Yada yada All New: Acrebis plastic kit. front/rear wheel bearings. Swingarm bearings, rear suspension and linkage bearings, head stem bearings (All Balls) Rear shock stop bump clutch plates & springs (Wiseco) Clutch Baket (OEM) Clutch cable and inner clutch arm assembly Aftermarket radiator 30 percent larger capacity 14/48 sprokets (protaper)Chain, Chain rollers both chain guides (OEM) Sainless steel rear spokes (excel) Fuel tap gaskets, strator and clutch gasket Entire water pump assembly including cover, purple radiator hoses to suit. Sourced 2nd hand aluminum kick gaurds Brand new chain, tyre, tube on the rear. Track pack bolts n bits kit with a bunch of OEM spares I cleaned the carb and jets however does need a new throttle needle as old one is very worn. Fork seals are ok, brakes are ok, chain wear on the rear wheel adjuster. Brand new DunlopMX33 rear tyre, id suggest a new front tyre. Comes with old rear spare. Comes with all old and new spare parts and bearings, bunch of plastics, radiator and everything i bought incase or never used such as Mitaka Seal Sets, wheel bearings, OEM nuts, bolts, washers etc etc Ive spent a easy $2000 on parts alone. I have two recent order reciepts @$380ish each, parts including some cheap lucky find OEM bits from the UK.
