The perfect freeway ride. This low kms sports-tourer with great pedigree, in terrific condition, chews up distances in comfort, and is perfect for long daily commutes, or for leisurely Sunday rides. It's had just 2 owners, including me. Previous owners, the WA Police, set themselves up with a powerful, durable, versatile bike, with an 1100cc V4 and shaft drive. I've added the pillion seat and pegs, and replaced the larger throttle/switch set on the RHS where all the sirens and lights were controlled from, in favour of the regular-sized "civilian" set. As you'd expect of a police-issue bike, it has a lot of acceleration and stopping power. This bike is large enough to be comfortable over distances, and makes you visible to other drivers on the roads. The two rear storage bins will each hold a helmet, and come with removable luggage bags. There are also two smaller storage areas in the dash, for glasses, wallets, phones, etc. The bike comes with a factory toolkit, plus some bits and pieces I've acquired for it along the way.
