Ground up restoration. Every nut, bolt, washer, seal and bearing has been replaced on this bike. It was a restoration project that took over 4 Years. Frame was fully bead blasted, repaired and painted, fully rebuilt engine and gearbox with some custom made parts that are no longer able to be sourced. Genuine NOS Honda complete crank was sourced for this motor (2 years of searching) as well as many bearings and other genuine parts. Motor has had less than 2 Hours put on it since completion. Has a DG full system and has been jetted to suit. Brand new Barnett clutch. Front and rear suspension have been fully rebuilt with new seals, springs and oil. Wheels have been re-laced with stainless spokes. Along with the bike is 3 boxes of parts including: airbox, 2 sets of gears, 3 cranks, clutch parts, gear lever, barrel, head, stator, coils, engine cases etc. There are enough parts to do another full motor (as I originally started with 2 motors) if you sourced some small bits. I even have the original workshop manual from new.
