After 17 years of ownership I have decided to part with this piece of motorcycling sculpture. It is a standard 1983 MHR, all original, except the Conti pipes which are replicas purchased a few years ago (look identical). It has had a variety of work done in recent times to address some cosmetic 'wear' and refresh some parts. This includes some repainting (frame, triple clamp, belly pan), chrome plating, replacement alternator & battery, brakes overhaul, new wheel and steering head bearings and a variety of other minor things. Work was carried out by both Classic Motorcycle Restoration in Gateshead and Gowanlochs. It is a reliable starter, runs and drives well with that inimitable 90 degree bevel, feel good, sound and characteristics. Bike is currently on club rego which is non-transferable.
