This is an original 1975 Kawasaki H1F Triple 2 stroke 500cc bike with matching Engine (KAE- 114517) and Frame numbers. (H1F- 44502). The bike has had a full “Nut and Bolt” restoration performed on her to bring her back to her former glory as follows: No Offers please this is the sell price ! Engine Cases split in-house and Vapour Blasted by Serco Brisbane Barrels and Heads removed and Vapour Blasted by Serco Brisbane Barrels Honed, new Japanese Doremi Pistons, Bearings and rings fitted. Crank Removed and dismantled, all Bearings and Seals replaced and reassembled by Craig Thompson Eng. Brisbane. Carbies disassembled Glass Bead Blasted in house, then all parts replaced in including Gaskets, jets seats etc etc. Engine then reassembled, all Seals / Bearings / Gaskets ( including Big End / Small End ) have been replaced, including all Gearbox Bearings / Gaskets and Seals. New German Clutch Mechanism fitted as well as New Fibre and Steel Plates fitted Frame and Fittings. Frame completely stripped and then Powder-coated by “Illusion" in Gympie All other Black parts including the Battery Box Headlight Shell, and Swing arm etc were also Powder coated. Seat pan was Painted and then re-upholstered by “Trimline Gympie” with a new reproduction cover from the UK. All chrome parts removed and then re chromed by “Pacific Chroming” Brisbane All Nuts / Bolts and Washers replaced with either the original ones (refurbished) or new 304 or 316 SS parts Steering Head has had new Bearings fitted top and bottom. Wheels Original Rims Rechromed by "Pacific Chroming". New 304 SS Spokes fitted by "John Titman Racing". Both Front and Rear Wheels ( +Drum ) have had New Bearings fitted. Paintwork Full repaint performed by "Ace of Sprays" Brisbane. Tank / Side Covers and Ducktail were stripped back and repainted to match the original Candy Blue colour of the day, new Decals applied from rick Brett in the UK and a Clear Coat on top to seal it. Instruments. Both the Tacho and Speedo are original, and have been fully reconditioned and Certified by “Gauge Works” in Adelaide. Electrical. The Original Harness was used, Coils have been replaced with new more reliable aftermarket units. The original Stator has been replaced with a completely rebuild unit out of Alan Moss in the UK, this cost over 1.8K alone. Original CDI is till in place and operating well. A New Battery has also been fitted. New Iridium plugs fitted. Brakes The rear Brake linings have been replaced, and the front Calliper has been completely rebuilt and resprayed, and new Pads fitted. New Lower and Upper Brake lines have been fitted as well as a New Aftermarket Master cylinder. Other Notations • K&N Air Filters fitted replacing original setup, however i do have the Original setup as well. • Indicators and Switchgear are accurate reproductions. • The American 5" Handlebars have been replace with a lower 2” rise unit • The Exhaust pipes are original and have been re Chromed, and new Baffles fitted • Centre and Side Stand are both fitted Summary This bike has been meticulously rebuilt from ground up by a passionate Collector and Restorer of Kawasaki Triples. No expense has been spared on this rebuild. The bike Looks / Feels and Rides like a brand new H1F 500, in fact many of the components are better that the original bike ie (Powder coating vs Painting / Stainless Steel vs Zinc Plating, New Coils, Fully rebuild Stator etc). The bikes Motor / Gearbox / Brakes Suspension etc are brand spankings new, apart from a few test rides around the block is as it rolled off the showroom floor 50 years ago, so there is NOTHING to do, but just enjoy this classic. Every part has either been Powder coated, Re Chromed, repainted or replaced to bring her back to new. The bike has been Tuned and Commissioned on local roads, and runs perfectly. Comes with Owners Manual ( Brand New Reproduction ) and is Registered until July 2024 under "Club Rego"
