This wild machine became an instant icon when Peter Fonda rode it in on the big screen In the Easy Rider.
The bike here today is a close replica that was imported into Australia in 2010 from Louisiana and has been built with the original 1962 Panhead engine.
Many extremely rare parts were used in the build such as the mouse trap clutch and the offset dog bone rises.
Just like the original, this bike does not have items such as the front brake or Speedo so it cannot be registered in its current form.
It was built and ridden around the block and then the fluids were drained. It has been a showpiece ever since with the engine turned over monthly to ensure internals are free and moving.
The bike comes with the Peter Fonda replica helmet, import approval papers and the original Louisiana title
It could be put on Club Rego with modifications or alternately put on display as the ultimate man cave decoration.
