this is a German built scooter made by IWL which made scooters from 1953 to 1964, this one looks to be complete and has 18,319 miles on it, the 123cc engine turns over, it is call the "Wiesel" which is Town Scooter in English, this is a restoration project that does not run, i have not tried to get it running. perfect for some one who whats something different.
