This scooter was purchased in Australia almost complete and running. It was professionally stripped down and rebuilt, with non-genuine parts replaced. Restoration was completed in 2010, and the scooter has had regular short runs since. Starts and runs well. This version (VMS1) is a 98cc two speed two stroke, kick start using unique hand crank. It has 8 inch wheels. This was the first scooter Terrot made, which evolved into the 1955 Scooterrot VMS3.
