Ex Police Blackhawk with low mileage purchased by Indian dealer Herbert Hovis, from the Pennsylvanian State Department in 1960. Certificate of title included. Original paint from factory, all original parts including police siren, mileage accurate, leather FOB, brass plate from police dept. Full restoration on gearbox & new primary. Forks resealed.
