Morgan & Wacker wins Harley-Davidson Dealer of the Year

Harley-Davidson Australia & New Zealand have announced the winners of their 2022 dealer awards, recognising Harley-Davidson dealers who have excelled in not only sales, but also servicing, customer satisfaction, business reporting, marketing and events, commitment to training, merchandise performance, accessory sales and other measures.

Overall winner and Dealer of the Year for 2022 is Morgan & Wacker Harley-Davidson Brisbane.

The oldest Harley-Davidson dealership in Australia and the second oldest in the world, Morgan & Wacker was established in Brisbane in 1917, and has won Dealer of the Year on multiple occasions in the past.

As the overall winner, Morgan & Wacker Brisbane will receive $20,000 from Harley-Davidson ANZ to put toward their business.

Other categories in the 2022 awards included ‘Large,’ which was won by Harley-Heaven Dandenong, ‘Medium,’ won by Geelong Harley-Davidson and ‘Small,’ where the honours were split between Bundaberg Harley-Davidson and Gleeson’s Twin City Harley-Davidson in Albury.

Furthermore, awards for long tern dealer tenures went to Richardson’s Harley-Davidson, TAS (45 years), Harbour City Harley-Davidson, QLD (40 years), Quick Fix Harley-Davidson, VIC (35 years) and Great Southern Motorcycles, NSW (25 years).

Harley-Davidson ANZ expressed thanks to all the award winners for 2022 and appreciates their raising the bar in terms of customer satisfaction and customer care, as well as building desirability for the Harley-Davidson brand.
