KTM announces details of 2027 Adventure Rallye

KTM Australia have announced details on their Adventure Rallye for 2027, with the milestone tenth edition of this annual multi-day ride to be held in central and south-west Victoria. Along with an all-new route, the 2027 Rallye - on 14-19 March - also introduces rider accommodation packages.

A five-day ride covering around 1,500km in total, the 2027 KTM Australia Adventure Rallye will present riders with a mix of forest trails, mountain tracks, gravel roads and tarmac sections with incredible views. Each day’s route includes a breakout option to challenge more experienced riders, with lead and sweep riders, course markers and GPS maps to keep you on track. There’s also full luggage, tech, tyre and medical support, KTM special guests, plus a videographer and photographer to capture the event.

The 2027 KTM Australia Adventure Rallye will start and finish in Ballarat, the central Victorian city built on the 1850s gold rush. From Ballarat, the Rallye route will take entrants west to Halls Gap, at the foot of the Grampians, then down to Port Campbell on Victoria’s south coast. Traversing the famous Great Ocean Road to Lorne, the route will then take riders back to Ballarat for the Rallye’s conclusion.

New this year are accommodation packages that take the hassle out of finding nightly accommodation. Rallye entrants can choose their preferred accommodation upon registration, with solo and twin-share options available. Each night’s accommodation has also been selected to be within walking distance of the Rallye bivouac and dinner venues.

An entry fee of $2,350/person includes all the aforementioned support elements, dinner each evening and a KTM goody bag, but accommodation packages are an additional cost.

The 2027 KTM Australia Adventure Rallye is exclusive to fully-licensed riders of KTM Adventure models (1390 Super Adventure R, 890 Adventure R, 390 Adventure R and X, 390 Enduro R, etc.) whose bikes are road registered, have a minimum 250km fuel range, GPS capability and other requirements. Entry numbers will be capped at 130 riders.
