Gold Coast Harley-Davidson wins 2025 Dealer of the Year award
Harley-Davidson Australia and New Zealand (H-D ANZ) have announced their annual Dealer Awards, with Gold Coast Harley-Davidson named ‘Dealer of the Year’ for 2025. This is the second successive year that the Gold Coast dealership has achieved the top honour.
Gold Coast Harley-Davidson also won the Large Dealer award, with other winners at the Dealer Conference and Awards Dinner on 16 March including Auckland Harley-Davidson in NZ (Medium Dealer), Mackay Harley-Davidson in Queensland (Small Dealer), and Thomas Lee Harley-Davidson in Moree, NSW (Compact Dealer).
Awards are based not just on new bike sales, but also sales of parts, accessories and apparel, plus qualitative measures, like service performance, business reporting, commitment to training and customer satisfaction. The size of the dealership and the market it serves is also taken into account. For example, Mackay H-D is a small dealership, but took out the overall award in 2023.
Gold Coast Harley-Davidson was founded more than three decades ago, and has been located in Nerang since 2014. The dealership has a strong connection to the H.O.G. community of southern Queensland and northern New South Wales, hosts community rides through the region and supports local charities.
Dealer Principal, Dylan Boulger, said winning a second successive Dealer of the Year award was a proud moment: “I was more excited for the team that we’ve got here – the dealership staff - and how well we’ve been working together. It’s a big thing.”
Boulger attributes this year’s result to how the staff – 28 at last count – all work together for customers.
“We’ve got some really good, experienced people here - our Sales Manager’s been here for 12 years, and some in the workshop have been here for 10+ years. Everybody knows their role and knows what the expectations are - it’s like a good footy team! Hopefully we can back it up again.”
Boulger also praised H-D ANZ management for their support of the dealership, particularly Nigel Keough, Scott Zantiotis and Steve Schilling.
