Night 1, on Monday 22nd June, will see the first lot offered from 6:00pm AEST. Night 2 (Tuesday 23rd June) and Night 3 (Wednesday 24th June) will also get underway from 6:00pm AEST.
As always, bidding is available online, by phone, with an absentee bidding form, or in person at Burns & Co's Bayswater auction rooms.
NOTE: There is no in-person bidding at Burns & Co’s Newcastle/Central Coast premises.

Few catalogues this year have the concentration of desirable Australian muscle that the June sale does.
Leading the charge is a genuine, matching-numbers 1969 Ford XW Falcon GT-HO Phase I finished in iconic Candy Apple Red. Held by the same family since 1983, and restored to an exceptional standard, this genuine GT-HO is accompanied by ICAARS and ACCHS reports, along with extensive documentation, making it one of the most significant vehicles to cross the Burns & Co auction block this year.
Joining it is a remarkable 1976 Holden LX SS Torana Hatchback with direct links to Australian motorsport history. Owned by former apprentice Frank and powered by a 308 V8 personally built by legendary engine builder, Ian Tate OAM, the Mandarin Red Torana hatch is one of only 327 examples built in this configuration, representing a rare opportunity to acquire a vehicle with genuine provenance, performance and pedigree.

Just as impressive as these two is a one-owner, matching numbers 1972 Holden HQ Monaro GTS 308 coupe, finished in striking Lime Green metallic. Hidden away for more than 35 years, it presents as one of the most exciting survivors to emerge in recent years. Offered unreserved, this outstanding car is accompanied by books, warranty documentation and extensive history.
Also crossing the block is a beautifully preserved 1971 Holden HQ Monaro LS coupe. Finished in rare Amethyst metallic with original Flax trim, this two-owner time capsule retains its original drivetrain and is supplied with extensive documentation, books and Holden authenticity records.

Ford collectors are particularly well catered for throughout the June auction’s catalogue, with the GT-HO Phase I joined by a highly desirable XB Falcon GT 351 sedan finished in factory Tropic Gold, complete with Ford verification documentation and more than three decades of ownership history.
A mild custom XC Falcon hardtop is also on offer, plus an XA Falcon GT hardtop project and an XY Falcon GT tribute utility with a built 351 V8 and four-speed manual.
Modern Ford enthusiasts will appreciate the inclusion of a rare ED Falcon XR8 Sprint and an exceptional EL Falcon GT. Build No. 133, and one of just 272 EL GTs produced, the Sparkling Burgundy EL has travelled only 41,870km from new and retains its original GT owner’s wallet, handbook and supporting documentation. Other highlights include an FPV GT-P Boss 290 and one of the BA Falcon XR8 ‘Enforcer’ limited-editions.
The Ford offering is further strengthened by a selection of Blue Oval collectables across the three auction nights.

Modern performance from GM-H is well represented in the June auction, too, led by a highly-desirable HSV GTSR Maloo ute with the Walkinshaw W557 upgrade. Widely regarded as the ultimate expression of Australian ute performance, this 2017 GTSR Maloo combines exclusivity, supercharged V8 power and genuine collector appeal. With values continuing to strengthen across the HSV market, the W557 presents as one of the most desirable late-model Australian performance vehicles available today.
Other desirable Holdens in the June auction include an HSV VS Senator, two VK Commodore HDT ‘Blue Meanie’ tributes, restored HX Sandman panel van, and VN, VT and VX SS Commodore sedans. And for a real Holden unicorn, a genuine, untouched TC Gemini Sandpiper is also in the June auction.

Beyond Australian muscle and classics, Night 2 of the June auction brings an exciting selection of American and international classics. Highlights include a desirable 1971 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray t-top, 2010 Corvette convertible, 1973 Mustang convertible, 1960 Thunderbird convertible, a stunning 1977 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz, 1971 Cadillac Coupe de Ville and a rare 1984 Cadillac Eldorado convertible.

Collectors seeking prestige European machinery will be drawn to a highly desirable Mercedes-Benz 450SEL that’s significant as the first of these 6.9-litre V8 beasts – build number #000001. Other premium offerings include a 1964 Bentley S3 saloon, while Jaguar options cover 1977 and 1985 XJ6 sedans, a 1970 420G, and 1954 MkVII. For BMW fans, there’s a 1990 E34 525i sedan, 1999 735i sedan, 2004 645ci convertible, and a 2019 M340i sedan.
One of the more unusual offerings is a beautifully presented 1921 SCAT tourer that’s thought to be one of only two examples of this Italian-made model still in existence. A rare 1924 Garford fire truck and stylish 1935 Graham Paige saloon add further variety and historical significance to the June catalogue. Another unique addition to the June catalogue is the Super 5000 open-wheel race car that was designed in South Australia by Oscar Fiorinotto’s Supashock Racing Engineering.

Motorcycles form a major part of the Burns & Co June catalogue, too. Leading the two-wheel offerings is a remarkable 1944 Indian Chief military model supplied under wartime Lend-Lease agreements. Rich in military history and restored to an exceptional standard, it stands as one of the premier motorcycle offerings of the June sale.
Joining the Chief is a 1942 Indian Scout with sidecar, rare Suzuki RE5 Rotary, Norton Atlas and Norton International, plus a rare CZ Type 453 and even rarer Aermacchi-built Harley-Davidson ‘Shortster’ X-90. There’s also a Honda CB750 K2, Kawasaki Z1B and other motorcycles that will appeal to enthusiasts of American and European motorcycling heritage.
Automobilia collectors are also well represented, with pedal cars, vintage bicycles, signage, artwork and garage collectables adding further depth to the auction.

Night 3 offers a slightly different flavour and rounds out the June auction with affordable classics, projects and enthusiast vehicles, plus a selection of motoring collectables and automobilia. The diversity of Night 3 ensures there is something for everyone, whether chasing a future restoration project, affordable classic or unique collector’s item.
