The Arriba is a scooter with a difference, it?s a 125 made for two as it is slightly larger than usual. This, plus the addition of 12 inch wheels make it suitable for riding on highways and freeways with an estimate of 45 kilometres per litre of fuel (approx 300kms/tank). It has a comprehensive dashboard, with speedo, tacho and fuel gauge as well as digital clock. There is a luggage hook below the dashboard which can be used for a bag of shopping, has good under seat storage along with a lockable top box and a lockable fuel cap for the good sized 6.7 litre tank. The engine is a single cylinder, four stroke (unleaded petrol) capable of 100kms/hr and the keen braking setup is taken care of via a single disc up front with a drum brake at the back. Pillion accommodation is also catered for and looks good with a substantial grab rail set up for the passenger and both rider and pillion benefit from aluminium non slip foot pads.
