This bike is in excellent condition and fitted with quality parts ready to be ridden and admired. About Aermacchi - since their creation in 1913, they had great success building fighter planes and sea planes before entering into motorcycles in 1955. Starting with a 3 wheeler and then a scooter before the release of the very futuristically designed Chimera showcasing their aeronautical background. As was very popular at the time, Aermacchi was chasing speed records with their bikes and also competed in motor cycle racing including the world championships. A merger with Harley-Davidson in the 60’s helped to widen the brands appeal.
