Seller's Description
650cc Triton, 1959 Norton Dominator 99 wideline featherbed frame Fitted with a 1955 Triumph Tiger 110 motor. 9 stud twin carb splayed head. Short roadholder forks. Fibreglass petrol and oil tank. Chronometric gauges. Built by the late Terry Hobbs who was a well known (in England) builder of specials. If you google Terry Hobbs and Triton you'll find a bit of information about him and also you'll find a couple pictures of this bike. Akront alloy rims, clip ons, rear sets, everything you'd expect to find on an iconic 1960's cafe racer. It's been sitting around for a few years but I've cleaned the carbs, checked the timing, fresh fuel and now it starts first time and runs well. Could do with a good going over check cables etc. All the electrics work, lights, horn etc. Back tyre is good, front one should be replaced. If you want more pics let me know.
